	Mission Statement The purpose of the Province III Christian Education Network is to support those involved in diocesan and leadership in education and formation ministries in Province III of the Episcopal Church.
The thirteen dioceses of Bethlehem, Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, Easton, Maryland, Northwestern Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Southern Virginia, Southwestern Virginia, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia are encompassed in the five states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
What We Do Share resources, information and training opportunities geared to educators in the dioceses; encourage communication and nurture community among diocesan leadership in education and formation; Raise awareness of the importance of education and formation and advocate for lifelong learning; Develop mentoring possibilities to further the ministry of professional educators; Continue to work toward real diversity in the network.
Prayer for Education Book of Common Prayer, p. 261 Almighty God, the fountain of all wisdom; Enlighten by your Holy Spirit those who teach and those who learn, that, rejoicing in the knowledge of your truth, they may worship you and serve you from generation to generation; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
